Follow the waters in their twisting, shimmering movements
through life and death, beginning to end, and know,
know that though there are harsh times at every turn
and that the water continues to flow regardless.

Like the water, life will continue to flow and shimmer,
but at times the motion is rapid and harsh. At those moments
know that it is only a matter of time before life will again
begin to flow softly, and there, at those soft flows,
it will shimmer brilliantly again.
